Dr Ozcan received her medical degree from JustusLiebig University School of Medicine in Giessen Germany She completed her residency in general surgery at Rhode Island HospitalBrown University in Providence RI and St Elizabeths Medical Center in Brighton MA After residency she spent one year doing a breast surgical oncology fellowship at CedarsSinai Medical Center in Los Angeles CA Dr Ozcan is the Medical Director of the Lowell General Hospital Breast Center a nationally accredited Breast Center for Excellence In addition to English Dr Ozcan is fluent in German her native tongue and Turkish and speaks basic Armenian When she is not seeing patients Dr Ozcan enjoys reading jogging and German chocolate

She completed her general surgery residency at Rhode Island Hospital and Brown University in Providence, RI, and at St Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Brighton, MA. After residency, she completed a one-year breast surgical oncology fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, CA. Dr. Ozcan is the Medical Director of the Lowell General Hospital Breast Center, a nationally accredited Breast Center for Excellence. In addition to English, Dr. Ozcan is fluent in German (her native tongue) and Turkish, and speaks basic Armenian, helping patients feel supported and understood.
